It's got great reviews from the voice acting community.
But recently I've gained a bit of an interest in music, singing mainly (we've had an on again and off again relationship).
I'm trying to record a calmer, more melancholic version of mandopony's emo-eque I am no hero. Generally sang with the same melody but with minor variations to fit a calmer tone.
But it has no backtrack. By a mix of wants and neccecity. I want to record the vocals just right so it can stand alone.
Ok, that's a lie it's meant to be sang with faint sounds of battle (but you get the kind of singing I mean right).
I have found that it can easily work with higher pitched vocals (since to the ear that can be a cleaner sound) but the character for this has the voice of a normal male.
Plus I'm not 100% if it's just my vocals or the mic or if I'm just not doing anything to clean up the clarity of the sound.
I guess I'll stop recording today and make a soundcloud, so you guys can have a listen. I'll edit this later.
For now can I get some opinions on the bluesnowball so I can get some initial ideas.
