Currently FL for electronic stuff - waiting for Bitwig though, if it turns out to be Ableton Live in a better looking interface, I will probably switch to it.
For actual real recordings of instruments and complex compositions I'd use Cubase myself. I'd use it for electronic as well if I had MIDI keyboard and knowledge of how to play it, since it's piano roll isn't exactly a gem. It's a good thing if you know how to make a track in all major DAW's, since sometimes you just need something, that is in another DAW.
