That's right... Most people I know that have that are extremely smart and get very listed because people think they have the capacity of a newborn...

lol
neither does Beethoven's 5th
And... isn't this the guy who started you all off with 12-bar blues? This guy has listened to blues before, right?
Christ, this teacher sounds like an absolute case. I'm not surprised you're getting this annoyed :/
Also rule zero of teaching creative subjects is meeting people on their level, offering feedback politely and not fucking calling someone's output "garbage" for chrissakes
This dude sounds like a clown

I wanna know what you think that you'll get from that. Maybe you do destroy him, I don't know, imagine that you do. What would he be like?
Destroying someone (or however you wanna call it) isn't a solution, never ever. It'll only fuel you with anger, and your teacher has the full right to get you into loads of trouble with it.
What I'd say, try to get him to talk with you at some time. Just tell him that you didn't fully understand what you did wrong with the songs, and that you want him to explain it a bit. He has no reason to eat you. Just ask him what was wrong with it, and tell him your thoughts, that you thought that that one thing did sound good to you. Make sure to ask him for the reason he doesn't like what you did.
And for the love of god, don't shove the list of requirements in his face. He sure as hell knows the criteria. Just tell him that it was right all along, and if not, ask him to explain why not. And, just, don't be like "yea take that you were wrong all along" against him. He might get annoyed and you'll just be off with no credit again.
Then again, I don't know how credits work. But I guess that these steps would help you.

Mr. Bigglesworth wrote:Also - I'm really sick of people (namely teachers) explaining shit slowly to me. They hear the term 'mental disability' next to my name and assume that means that I'm incapable of communicating on their level or something. I spent years of my life learning that, to be lumped into category a or b with no middle ground like that is just insulting. Not just to me, I've lost count of the amount of people I've met with this same problem. Surely if there's a group of uncategorized people the next logical step would be to make a fucking category so god knows how many people can go to class without being talked at like they're mentally incapable.
