I like the idea, but the lower end is very muddy at the beginning. From 0.40 to 1.20, I can't tell what's happening, except for what I'm guessing is an orgy of drums. Saturating sections is not the best idea, so maybe consider getting rid of those overwhelming drums and instead fill it with harmony.
The heartbeat feels a little odd, I think mainly because heartbeats naturally insight fear and this piece is anything but. Alternatively, you could make the harmony more dissonant.
I would recommend making variations on that little arpeggio thing you've got going, because it starts off cool, but after a minute or two, it gets dull. Same with everything else really. When copy/pasting section, really go and make subtle changes here and there, it'll work wonders.
Concept is cool, just needs a few tweaks here and there!
