Any restrictions on who can submit stuff? 'Cause I'd quite fancy making some house for this, but I was in the first one too :)

Alright, since I actually made good time on a new song I'm just starting, I'll submit it to this once I finish it. Does it have to be strictly House, or can it have a few odds and ends here and there? 'Cause what I have going right now has tempo bends between 100bpm-128bpm.

If the majority of the song is 128 (including the intro and outro), it should be fine. Don't do anything too drastic though.

Yeah, this one I have in mind might not fit then haha.
I have another that might work though, just have to tweak it a lot more. Thanks.

I may do this, so aim for something that would fit 4x4=12, right?

Yeah!

On a side note, I've already started and gotten pretty far into the track I think I'll use. It's called "Laser Lunch". Inside joke... of sorts.

I'll post it after school or something. Maybe. It's pretty ballin, not gonna lie :3

I was actually planning on trying to make some Deadmau5 styled tracks very soon anyway. This could give me a good kick up the arse to actually get on with it!

Also I might ask to go under a different Alias for this one..

Eh... Spent the last few days off work jamming this out.. My workflow is so messed up, so please forgive me if some parts are terrible.

And don't mind Soundcloud and it's ruining of my higher frequencies as usual. Not sure if good or not... Needs LOTS of work though. Don't mind that second break before the drop, theres a little pluck-into-stab thingy there that I need to work on levelling with the drop properly, probably my next task, until then, SLEEP!

Also not sure if any form of house. Just experimental for me.

I like it a lot better starting at 1.30 the intro section seems pretty empty and kinda forced. For ideas on how to make my intros work I looked at what Archie and other house artists do on their club mixes. Helped me a lot. Also, I'd vary the rhythm on the bass. The dotted eighth notes get old after a bit. Better than my first house attempt! Keep at it :)

P.S. you people who are putting in WIPs...you know there is a whole thread just for posting tracks and getting feedback, right?

Mmmk ok! I figured that my strong point was the after the drop and yeah, this is my first attempt at house so it's a good learning experience. I'll try to make the dotted eights change up a bit though!

As for the WIPS, I feel I just get better feedback from you guys here (In this thread) then the other music forum in general anyways.

Anywho, off to listen to Archie Music.

Maybe the one who made the cover of Back To Bass-ics could make it. That one was pretty spectacular imo. If he can do that again for this album that would be cool.

Haven't reeeaaally started working on this by the way :P kinda occupied with a new idea I'm having (it involves new albums)
