Shave it all off. Shave your rear end as well. It'll make wiping back there feel better too, I'm assuming. I haven't shaved back there, but it'd be a good idea to do so.

Ok. bring some gauze with you, just in case. Not for your womanizer, but for your hidden kingdom. Like ASCII said, something could go wrong. dw about your love shaft though, I've shaved mine a few times, never cut it or anything.
