We all do haiku
based on the subject given
by the last poster.

I explained poorly:
the idea was write one, then
add a different theme

are really confusing

They're just poems where
the first line's 5 syllables
then seven, then five

There are other rules
but they're not so important
for threads like this one.

Actually if you
look at real Japanese ones
they aren't the same thing

In English we have
syllables while in Japan
they use single sounds

So in a haiku there
will sound quite different than
one here, just like this:

Anxious, we (an-xi-ou-s we)
may not act, yet (may no-t a-ct, y-et)
all have fear (all ha-ve f-ear)

As that is hard in
A language without ons
We use syllables.
