Although it fades in and out a little bit to much for my tastes, honestly, who am I to say whats good or not.

Thank you! I'm a huge fan of the whole EQ sweeping and fading and stuff, so I MIGHT go overboard with it at times, haha

Sounds great! I like the intro with the filter sweeps.
However, the kicks seem a little conflicted. It sounds like one is out of time from the other by a few ms, a little filtering or just a look at them is needed.
Apart from that, it is really good.
