First of all, I am glad to see those words in the title, though I say that is more post-rocky than shoegazey, as it has more of a build-up, ambient, layering structure than shoegaze usually does, though the two genres are closely related.
Anyway, I really like build-up and ambiance (especially that scratchy bassy thing in the intro-part and how it almost sounds like the outdoors). The transition from ambiance to melody was good. 2:12- Great guitar part here, I love it.
