What i would do is get that extra drumming in at 30 instead of coming in at 45 and soem of your patterns just take too long to get to. Your vocal cutting is ok but i'd throw those samples in melodyne and make sure they are in the key of the song as some of them need to slightly moved or just given a little more effects on them. The build was exciting but that drop was SO not at 2:28. It's just too plain and simple right there, add some other synths or glitches there to get something interesting. It recovers at 3:37 (again nice brekadown and build) but don't forget to try to add new elements as the track progrsses, not just repeat ones. Again you go right back to the same dubstep wub after the second build. It's just too repetitive and at 7:00 just too padded. Also look into your motivation and what your track says about MLP. Fluttershy and track name is Breathe? I just don't see/hear it.
You've got some great synths here and a lot of the elements here do work but it just needs more variety, surprises, layers, and a better tie in (to me) with MLP in some fashion. Have your track stand out from the herd. I know I've really liked your tracks in the past and I'm soundling likely a little critical now but i really want you to progress and succeed.
