No matter what song I make it almost always feels right at either 160 BPM or 130 BPM. Then I once started making a trance song at 280 BPM quarter-time.

I make dubstep/house mixtures because I'm weird. So I usually operate at 128 bpm with a 4/4 pattern with sections of more dubsteppy synthesis and half-time drums. It'a fun to make. Of course I'll operate in genre specific bpm like 175 for dnb and 100-110 for moombahcore.

160 - 180bpm I'm a bit of a Breakcore/JCore junkie. Though the occasional 130 is a nice diversion.

I've tried working in the insanely fast genres. All I achieve is a headache .-.

110 and 140 4/4. I've been using 160-200 3/4 a lot lately. It's got a really nice groove to it. Creates for some very interesting rhythms.

Numbers, ew.
I like Largo, Allegro con Fuoco, and Adagio Sostenuto.

I fancy Largo con Rubito and Vivace. Though just a plain Allegro is nice, too.

But Italian names are so...
imprecise .
I'd much rather say, for example, 133 BPM.

My favorite tempos would definitely be 112, 136, and 164. Why those exact numbers? I have no clue, I just like 'em.

Not so much imprecise as artistic. It leaves room for interpretation; especially when being played
con Rubito For precise bpm's: 60, 92, 140, 275
