I've been working on this for about three days now, any advice on the drop or really any part of the song would be good.

Yeah I did add some guess I didn't set the levels right then. Thank you for the insight.

It's nice to see dubstep that's not skrillex haha

Lol, I know what you mean; his style tends to be all over the place. Glad you agree.

i really like that sample of fluttershy in the background. mind i ask where you got it? because a lot of fluttershy samples i have swing in and out of tune and are really hard to work with. :(

but it sounds good though i think could use a little more. maybe some other instruments to back up the melody of the main lead synth to give it some beef. but i am not good with dubstep so i don't know a whole lot of advice other than to just keep on workin' on it! :D

Take my advice with a grain of salt as i too am learning how this music stuff works

Right I took the "So Many Wonders" acapella, I slapped it into melodyne and shifted it to the key of the song. Melodyne is really good for making samples in tune. Hmm I now have to worry about filling it in and the drop, thanks for the insight.

id say that the low end is lacking a bit. Try adding a sub bass or something of the sort just to make it sound fuller. Other than that it sounds good to me.
DAW: Fl Studio
Favorite VST's: Philharmonik, Piano One, Orchestral, Sonik Synth 2, Jessie's Music Box.

The melodies sounds out of sync at the beginning. Also, the "yay" sample is just, really really cliche, and the title too. I'm not sure if you're intentionally making it that way, but if I were you, I would definitely swap out the "yay" sample with something less cliche, and change the title of the song as well. Oh, and the drums are ok, but I think they could be better

I honestly dont hear anything out of sync 0.O but maybe you're right. <WIP> I just threw the yay in there cause i had no idea for anything and the title was also pulled from my ass just figured i should worry about the actual song before i get into details such as its title. Thanks for the input.

oh, another suggestion would to let the "yay" last 4 beats instead of the 2 or 3 it lasts now and add a delay or reverb effect to it, right now it kinda sounds like the drop is jutting in, but that might just be me.

Right, probably going to get rid of that, maybe go with what one bloke said and use something less "cliche".

I dont know if youre still working on this or not but please dont stop. I actually really like the sound of it and if you need some inspiration id recommend listening to some of Blaze's work, the vocal copping and pads are similar to his.

Lol who do you think was my inspiration? I totally got the overall structure and tidbits from Blaze. I'm actually mastering it right now but Christmas, family and stuff probably will be too busy to finish for a while, I'll be sure to send you the finished copy mate, thanks for the support!
