They will have a sisterly relationship because fanserviceBorsko wrote:I loved the new episode, the way Scootaloo acts trying to impress Rainbow Dash is a lot like the way I try to impress new people.
I've read a couple sad fanfics with them as well (where is Scootaloo's parents??),and I think it'd be really cool if they had a sisterly relationship kind of like Rarity and Sweetie Belle or Applebloom and Applejack in later episodes as well.

Well, the season premiere was, imho, at par with the second season premiere, but the main villain was a major letdown. Then in most every episode following, we've been seeing good amounts of fanservicing as well as better animation. We've had everything from Trixie's return, to a sisterly relationship between Scoots and Dash. Overall, I'd personally say that it's just as good as season 2, since every episode I've watched, I'd get a good laugh or two out of it. The major difference being that there's more fanservicing going on with season 3. So the ideas for the episodes don't feel as original as episodes from season 2, but the storyline within the episode (Scoots and Dash developing a sisterly relationship after some saddening experiences for Scoots while camping, for example) is pretty original itself. My biggest concern right now is how mlp is going to survive in later seasons, because fanservicing can only get the show so far before the fans start to demand less fanservice and more original episode ideas. Overall, I would definitely recommend checking out the episodes if you haven't already.Nine Volt wrote:So I still haven't seen any of season three...
How does it compare to the earlier seasons?

Maybe they decided to just stop doing the "send a letter to Celestia" at the end of each episode. Perhaps they thought it was getting in the way too much, or maybe taking up slots of time that they need to finish each episode better?SpyPie wrote:Also
