Without starting a riot, I figured I'd get you pointed in the right direction as far as making a growl patch similar to that used by Alex S. in Ultimate Sweetie Belle. If you want it to sound more exact, then you'll have to do some messing around, but I have no idea why the guy couldn't just say "It's a sync wavetable with phase modulation and a scream filter" because that's all it is.

In my opinion, I don't think it's the same, it doesn't have much of the vocal quality of Alex's sound.

I'll say no more, its a subject I'd rather leave alone from here on out.
