I like the idea of the conflicting sides, however, I think the song sounds more happy then not. Overall, I think the mix is well balanced. Those chords are catchy, but I would work on more chord progression and variety. This song kind of sticks around an idea, and doesn't venture from it much. Other then that, you did a great job.

Ya I agree with Ghost. The song doesn't really seem to flip flop as much as it tries to, but it keeps an overall good mix.

I did notice i made it a bit too happy then I wanted it to be. I guess thats what kinda stops the drop from contrasting from where it was because I had it already to suck a happy progression. New thing learned I guess

You could probably just lower the thirds of the chords by half-steps during the drop and it would sound much less happy. Minor chords.
