At least you agree that Random Album Title is best, right?

4x4=12 has Some Chords, Sofi Needs a Ladder, Bad Selection, Raise Your Weapon, A City in Florida, Right This Second, and One Trick Pony. All contained within one album!!! 4x4=12 best deadmau5.

[re-rail] Yeah, so how about that old school dubstep? Two-step. UK. Garage. Whatever. Good stuff man. [/re-rail]

He is indeed quite good. Even though Filth, Rutten, and In For The Kill are the only songs of his that I've listened to XD

The only Skream song I know is Midnight Request Line. It's good, but nothing compared to what the underground has to offer. I highly advise all of you to check out Hatcha and the Widdler. Two very talented dubstep producers.

I personally love that stuff, who doesn't like wubs?! But I also love the older school style of Dubstep. When DJing however, newer heavy dubstep gets more people dancing, unless of course the audience is really into underground dub but i dont see that often.

I have to agree. The old school stuff doesn't work so well in clubs.

Lol imagine if Skrillex just blasted Digital Mystiks - Haunted right after a crazy Bare Noize song at a live show. XD

"Red Rum" by the Widdler has to be one of the darkest tracks I've ever had the pleasure of listening to! xD Benton is kind of lesser known but he puts out some really good tracks.

For instance.

Fixed.

I'd be happy with an album or something, but I don't really know how to organize those :/
I could probably do it with a bit of help or something

Alright so it seems like you guys like the idea for an album project, I also would be will to organize it! But I would like to ask you guys a couple things:
1. Would guys actually like to make a track or two for this?
2. When do you think is a good time to release/stop submissions? (To work around projects such as Rainbow & Rooted and what not.)
3. Would you know any artists that would be will to make an album cover?
4. Should I put it up on bandcamp? If any money is made from it were should it go?
5. What should we call it?

My vote for a name is "Back to Bassics." xD

Dat name... god damn you I wish I thought of that :P

I'd like to make a track, whether or not I'd have time depends on deadlines
I have a good friend who's also a very talented artist (no joke, he's really damn good) and he'd probably be willing to.
I don't know when a good due date would be tbh. We've got Derpy's Wings and the Community House Mix in December, as well as the Christmas album, so I'd say not December :)

Well why not have the due date be in the middle of January?

Now the more I think about this the more I do want to make an album so why don't we?!

I've already started on mine. I'm trying the polyrhythm kind (like in the album Brothers Grim by Hatcha and Kromestar), so I'll be using a good portion of my large sample library, and I'll likely be making my own percussions for it.

Alrighty so lets do this then! I'm stepping out of my comfort zone with this as well so I feel like this be a nice learning experience for all. I'll start a new thread for the album project.

I'm currently working on a Burial-ish style song, so if this becomes a thing, I might spend extra extra time on that for this.
