I spent the whole night making this and it's now 6 AM. There's this one part I don't quite like, but I have no idea how to fix it, so there.

I'd recommend making the reiterations of that little motif slightly different each time. So maybe the rhythm becomes slightly different, or an extra note being in there.

Listen to this to get an idea of what I mean!



The melody is obvious right? But it changes ever so slightly each time. Can you hear each change? Probably not on first try. Lang also breaks the motif up with some new ideas, kind of like what you were doing with the latter half of your piece.
I'd recommend listening to how this works and getting ideas based on this. Your quintet is nice, but sounds like a sketch at the moment. Build on it more!
