You don't, you load them in as samples. Save the files somewhere, go into your DAW, and look up a tutorial for how to load samples into whatever DAW you're using.

It's usually as simple as dragging and dropping them into the Arrange window. Why do this instead of using a sequencer? Lots of reasons. You can edit things on a per sample basis, you get a fine degree of control, you don't need to memorize what MIDI note triggers what sample, you can add effects directly onto the sample without having to route each channel of your drum sequencer through an external bus.
But you can use something like Battery I guess, if you need to.
