I think If I needed to name a Game whos Soundtrack I really love (without naming the obvious like Koji Kondos Works, Super Meat Boy, Castlevania) I would have to choose ANNO 2070

The Half Life series has what is easily the best electronic soundtrack ever in a video game.
Easily.
