Hello there I am new here, I like to UM do things that make me hated by kids in school like watch mlp:fim, try to make dubstep, be a orchestralfag, and not know what genre is cool right now. Maybe trap IDK

You know, you'd get a better response to this topic if you didn't seem like you put zero effort or thought into making it. All I see is one sentence that describes nothing about what you want this thread to be (ideas? rules?). Do you have any specific questions regarding musical theory? If so, THEN STATE SO IN THE OP.

And yes, a thread dedicated to music theory would be nice.....

Umm okay that's easy.

Well, it definitely starts with D, and then... hmm... it definitely ends with D too, and...

That's about all I know (I never really took the time to memorize modes).
I like to think I'm well-rounded because I'm not really good at anything.

Yeah, I never took music theory. I just learned how to play Viola, joined the community strings orchestra then a chamber orchestral group and learned everything like that.

Pretty much explains why my music sounds pretty basic. Or maybe its irrelevant. Probably irrelevant. I should hit the books. Speaking of books, man I wish I were in school again. Oh man the last time I was in school I was so close, this close |--| to getting a girlfriend for the first time. You know I've never had a girlfriend before. Not sure if I should be glad cause I don't need to spend my money on someone other than myself, or sad cause I have 0 social skills. Speaking of which, I should go study chemistry. Love it. So awesome...
