I love the club/rave style tracks from all genres, like Xilent with dubstep, Darwin with UK Hardcore, Dj satomi's remix of Castle in the Sky with Electro House. I like that kind of club/high-energy/euphoric so I decided to try and do a remix of a song from MLP with that same feel kept in mind. The outcome is this:


I was hoping if anyone could give me some advice on the song, and possibly on the vocals. Its been a pain for me with the vocal structure for closer to the end of track. Trying to give it a good flow, but maybe you can help me with that.

P.S. During the breakdown/buldup, it skips a bit. Not sure why cause it doesn't do it with the original MP3. Also I finished a YouTube video for it. Yaay~

Yay, we're European! Lets go to an Italian club and OD on pasta. So yeah, this is a cool remix. Less UNC UNC than I was expecting. Also cool video.

I say just having it fade out on "forever" would have the effect you're looking for.

But thanks. I didn't end on the "forever" part because I wanted to mix it with a trance mix I was planning on doing in a bit. Making it 'DJ friendly' in other words, but I should do a sort of 'radio edit' of it to get rid of the repetitive intro/outro. Certainly would've made that video a lot quicker to do. Hehe spend a good time just trying to figure out what to do on the intro/outro.

Anyway, this was... Well, it was great. The vocals mixed with the new track so well that it just feels nearly perfect, especially after you put some of those effects into the vocals. The intro was a bit long, but that might be why it was kind of satisfying to listen to... Not sure where I'm going with this.

I LOVED IT, NOW LEAVE ME ALONE.
