Electro House Synth Patches for Massive

Chords, bass, lead and arp. The meat of any electro house track. I've included a MIDI file to show you how to get a "full" chord sound (not sounding whimpy). Make sure to spread your chords out!!! I like to start with the tone I want to be most dominant in the chord (usually the 3rd) and place on the highest octave without sounding shit. Then add in the 7th below the 3rd, then add two root notes below the 7th (1 octave apart, obviously :P). That is just the general way I go about that. If you're not using a regular triad, just fiddle around with the chord's voicing until it sounds good.

Hope this helps someone. Feel free to use these in any of your works (commercial/non-commercial). Or you could reverse engineer them to come up with your own (even better synths!) :P

Happy producing!

These are quite nice! I'm still learning how to properly use Massive, so these will help. Thanks for sharing! :D

No problem. I just realised that the lead I put in is an old patch which is really messy. Turn the bypass function off and turn the Amp on Osc 3 up to 100%. Then just switch EVERYTHING but the Osc 3, noise and EQ [off]. I was messing around with the bypass function when I made this patch. hopefully that sorts out any confusion anyone has with it :P
