Im trying to understand how FL Studio works (Im not a musician, just a person who wants to understand how music works).

I like power rangers so i tried to make a Luna remix with a PR Feeling, Synt guitars sounds a bit dirty but i think i did great progress compared with my previous work.



i have some ideas about how to improve this, but any criticism is welcome

I'm busy making a trance song, even though I know hardly know anything about the genre. I've listened to JayB a few times, but this is going to be my first foray into it. Right now, I have over 25 effect plugins going on, with about 20 generators and so much automation that my DAW looks like a plate of spaghetti. And it's only 4 minutes long so far...

I'm working on a "we didn't start the fire" cover using lyrics from Ponyinabox, though getting the right percussion has annoyed me to no end. Its the bloody congo drums or something but whatever setting I use it always sounds wrong. Not to mention the guitar riffs when I'm kinda sucky at it and find software guitars weird...

I'm working on some strange stuff with a friend of mine helping out. Its... odd. Not like General Mumble's Violent City/D'/What It Does To The Skull level odd, but it takes inspiration from that. It's actually really nice to think so far outside the box like we are doing. I've tried stuff that I never would've thought to try, like pitchbending static (doesn't work though).
