My first attempt at a Complextro-ish tune. Really stepping out of my element with this one. What do you guys think?

oh and don't hate too hard because the mix is a kinda bad but that will be fixed in time, if I go back and finish this one anyways.

Apart from the mixing, I love it. But some of the sounds are a bit off. Try removing all of that reverb. There's usually not to much of that in complextro. That's really all I have to say. In terms of suggestion I really don't have any. This is pretty good!

Yeah, pretty much all that DarkShadow said. The reverb kinda retracts away from the spontaneity of complextro, which is what you want.

Aside from that (mixing and all), sounds good.

I like it too. There's just something with that melody that I really like.
But...
I think the sub bass could use some work. It just comes in and sits there. You could introduce it with the claps and not just by itself (and not in the middle of the melody either) to give it more punch. And make it move (either by harder sidechaining or use different notes, not just one. Or even glitch it up during the drop like the rest of the samples, make short sub bass bursts.)

Thanks guys! I actually had no idea about that reverb thing, that will definitely improve it. Also thanks for the critiques on the sub-bass! I'll definitely be trying to improve that too!
