Welcome, Audiemur! I don't think you should have such a viewpoint on yourself, and instead push yourself somewhere. If you do, you'll go far :)

Hello, I am vaceslav.

Those of you who frequent the Plounge may know me as QueenCadence.

I used to use Reason and make music like this:
http://soundcloud.com/vaceslav/forgotten-boxes

I stopped making songs for a little while (or rather I stopped finishing songs), but I'm trying to get back into the swing of things.

I'm currently using Ableton, with NI plugins, and I'm making music more like this:
http://soundcloud.com/vaceslav/the-perfect-stallion-vaceslav

I also am in a ska band called The Fun Team:
http://soundcloud.com/thefunteam/l-t-j

Other factoids include,
I am 22.
I work in a toy store.
I moderate a small subreddit for Australian bronies.

Oh, and I almost forgot, best pony is Pinkie Pie.

I probably should have done this when I joined about a month ago, but oh well:
Hey my name is Carbonic Twinkledust (Sweet mother of Celestia that is a dumb name. Seriously, what the hell was I thinking when I came up with that?)
I make music with no particular style, and I wish I started this pony music thing earlier; I mean, I liked music, I liked ponies why did it take me so long to put them together? Because I didn't think I was very good, that's why. Actually I still don't think I'm particularly good, but I'm hoping to improve. :3

Well after lurking around the Toast Beard challenges for a while I think its high time I introduced myself.

Hello everyone! My name is Maravex.
I have no fixed style, although from reactions and previous experience indicate that Orchestral stuff is my strong point. I can't really whip out a song a week, or even a month sometimes, but when I put one out it means I'm very happy with it.
My other creative pursuits include writing, voice acting (though I haven't properly in years due to nerves and a lack of faith in my voice at home, which is why I don't sing much despite wanting to...) and most recently drawing (despite little to no practice or higher education for it), though I think musics my true calling.

My main instrument is drums and I like ponies. So yeah, here I am. Hope to hear from y'all, musically or otherwise!

TLD, Carbonic, and Maravex, welcome to My Little Remix!

TLD, have you tried the Sharing is Magic board? You can request a collab there.

Carbonic. That sounds better than your full name, which does sound rather ridiculous. I guess you were going for a pony theme? I don't think there's any Carbonic around. If you want a name change, just ask Makkon.

Maravex, good luck with what you're doing!

My thought process for my name: Something sciency and something magicaly, -123GO!
It's starting to grow on me though, so I won't change it just yet.

Hey there,

I tend to go by many names, so I'll just stick with Kenneth (I felt like making that my username would have been too boring though). I decided to join these forums at the urging of my good (maybe even great?!) friend who goes by Cloud on here. I'm currently a Music Education major at one of our many fine California State Universities, I do some instructing part time, and I also really enjoy composing/arranging music. While I've done many pony related songs in the past, I wouldn't necessarily consider that my thing or all that I am confining myself to now. That said, I'm not avoiding that either, and it seems like there's a lot to learn here and plenty of great discussion to be had.

I look forward to participating more and getting to know all the fantastic musicians who've managed to form around this odd little pony thing on the internet.

Postby Hammock » 05 Sep 2012 09:28

Good day, My name is Hammock and I should have come here earlier.

I've always been fascinated with music but lacked the means to learn and compose. Recently I started teaching myself piano and bought a few applications.

I decided to help my friend who in developing a MLP game by making the soundtrack. I love game soundtracks and they have a special place in my heart.

I have a few tracks on Soundcloud.

http://soundcloud.com/hammockproduction

I particularly enjoy Classical, Jazz; generally happy and relaxing music. I don't really hate any genre unless it just loses flavour.

I was recommended to this site by a colleague who thought I had a nack for composition. To be honest, I'd heard of this place a while ago but I was a little intimidated because of the popular names involved.

Hope we can have tea and scones sometime. :D

Hello my name is Challa. Challagundla4.
I'm a 16 year old hardstyle producer, but I also make a variety of other genres. Besides music I make animations, art and sometimes short movie type of things.
So yeah, I stumbled upon this site about a week ago. It looked interesting so I made an account, but never introduced myself, being as lazy as I am. c:

I hope this isn't the shortest introduction here.
