Ok, for the melody, PLEASE oh god please use legato strings, or something smoother. It sounds so abrupt, which feels off with this song.

This. This song is one of my favorites from MLP, and the staccato string sound really loses alot of the emotion present in the original piece.

Other than that, it was pretty great.

At times I think that the staccato strings are good, and create a real sparkle in the melody. But at other times, they do need to be more legato/cantible.
