Welcome to 'THE INTERNET', where the English language (and most other languages) go to die a horrible death. I suppose I have been conditioned to write with proper grammar and spelling due to my career. Congressional inquiries can be a dreadful thing if your Dynamic Synchronization Event Log is not up to par.

With that being said, as someone has already mentioned, many people don't see a need to use proper English on the interwebs. It's become common practice to bastardize everything. However, as I'm sure a quick glance at Facebook will show you, it's becoming standard practice in the real world. The younger generation is just ignorant.

Actually... I've read emails from generals with middle-school level errors.
