In which I work up the courage to actually post something.
So I completed something in the way I'd planned to do so, for once. Which doesn't mean it's all that great, but at least it's a step forward. If nothing else, I'm thinking of ways to automate more than just "fade in/out"...
Anyway, I wanted to have a go at doing drum'n'bass stuff, but I got into it and realised I didn't really know all that much about it, so I decided to just wing it and see what happened. And that is this.

I'm a bit worried that the lead just overpowers everything, but I still have a whole lot to learn about EQ and compression and all that.

Overall I enjoyed it alot. The lead doesn't drowned things out too much, but there are some places where it conflicts with other sounds and gets a bit muddy. And I do wish I could hear the Drums a bit more.
I loved the transition to the new Melody section around 1:45 though.
Great job honestly. :)

This is a great start! Not perfect, but certainly auspicious. Keep cranking out tunes and trying new things. :)

Thank you. And yeah, I'll make a note of that stuff.

Thanks, really. I'm trying a load of stuff out, but yeah, progress isn't always all that quick.

/me checks location

Of course, you're British

/me secretly adds you to my mile-long list of collaborators because of reasons
Youtube -- Soundcloud -- Tumblr -- Bandcamp (new album out!)

I can't feel my brain.
