<Nonpony><Original> Is THIS hardcore?

I actually already finished this, but then FL crashed because of Massive and I'm PISSED.
It had wubs and stuff to and the full thing sounded awesome IMO, but then THAT HAD TO HAPPEN WITHOUT ME SAVING IT!!!! RAGGHHH!!!

Above that is pretty much the main riff remade in like ten minutes (without wobble bass it'll have and some other two tracks I can't remember I had) and now I'm gonna give up from frustration and try again tomorrow. I need to remake it, spot on...! D8<

Oh, and this is for Pinkamina Party.

I was going to name it Luna because I thought of the moon for this, but Luna, the princess, didn't come to mind at all and I didn't want people to think that.

Pushed up because of this/\
Not really sure if that's against rules, but it isn't in most places if you have a reason other than "no one commented and I wanted to put it back on the top of the list." and it's been over 24 hours, so whatever.

I'd say it's pretty hardcore, but it would be even better if the drums were louder and snappier, to emphasize the beat more. It's also pretty high in frequency range, I'd like to hear this track with a bit more lower bass frequencies to make a more balanced track. By the way, that piano riff is sounding awesome. Maybe quiet down that wubby synth, or maybe put it in a lower frequency range (only if you're going for a more brosteppy sound). But that's just me, good work so far :)

I would do most of that, but whenever I try to change something (make the drums and bass more clear mostly), everything else sounds more unclear. I'm not sure if by the "wubby synth" you mean the actual wubs which are almost unhearable (in that case, those would need to be louder which I can't do for reason above), or the wobble scratches I made up which are meant to sound like... well, record scratch wubs. I'm not sure if it's because of that Fruity Limiter thing which I'm trying to figure out currently.

I've recently learned about the magic of getting rid of the "Fruity Limiter".

Hmm when you say bring every thing louder and things come unclear, are they sitting in the same frequency range? That might cause unclarity, and that lower wub sounds great, certainly adds to the lower side of the track. I'd still try to get the kick drum and snare louder and punchier. And you say that the unclarity problems happens in the lower frequency instruments (bass, Kick, Snare)? Did you High Pass all of the instrument tracks that don't need that lower frequency range? (I'm probably wording this terribly)

Oh god once you got rid of the limiter it got so much better. I'm honestly loving this section.
I would just suggest snappier drums like was said before me.
