The main lead is not EQed properly and it's too loud. I'm sorry, but having posted this as WIP first would allow you to avoid this mistake.

Other than that it would be a really nice remix.

yeah my bad, sry ^^'

my headphones and speakers aren't the best for mixing. So beside the volume, what do I have to change in the main lead EQ? more/less highs? more/less mids?

Give more space to the bass and kick (lowers), but don't completely remove the lows.

is this version better?

so the cut from the arp is at 150 hz,
the one from the chord melody at 200hz

Much better. Now slightly sidechain that main lead in the non-complextro parts (where it acts as a pad synth) and you're golden!

Also, what happened at 1:49? Did you... fart? :D

EDIT: On a serious note, that main bass is peaking. It's very distorted because of it.

hehe no, it's a bug of the arp sound, don't know what went wrong there (I have to render it till ther is no fart noise ><)

and nope, it's the bass sound itself (atleast when you mean what I think you mean)...maybe I will cut the highs a bit ^^

never made a use of sidechain... so I have to play around with it a bit first.

but most importantly : thanks aloooooot for your help! :)

I could help you out with sidechaining basics if you're working within FL.

Thanks but I allready know the basics but never used them in a song.

I played around with it and decided to use it only on the main not-complextro part

so I've updated it again (and hopefully the last time^^)
