Did you put it on Private or Unlisted?

I think you cannot embed private (and definitely not unlisted) videos, but when they are private, everyone can access them via link.

I think you'll find that Private videos are private, so nobody else can watch them.

Unlisted videos are just unlisted in Youtube channels, and I'm not sure if they can be embedded.
