<remix> Cupcake Song (Rock Remix)

Hi everyone, I'm new here.

I put together a rock version of Pinkie Pie's "Cupcake Song". I used this short song as a basic test to see if putting the original vocals to rock music would "work".

Yeah, given the song it would have been hard to make it longer without it being repetitive or adding endless instrumental bits (also the chorus speeds up compared to the verse, which doesn't help). But since this was just a test run, I chose it specifically for the fact that it was short.

I'm working on a new song the will have a deeper arrangement and a revised structure to make it longer.

For recording I use Reaper as the DAW and an Edirol UA-25 USB Audio Interface. I run the bass and the guitar straight into the interface, use Pod Farm for amp sims and tweak them with various comp and eq VSTs. The drums are also a VST, which I program using the MIDI piano roll.
