Love is in Bloom chime/bell sound

On the song, Love Is In Bloom, from the season finale, during the part after Twilight sings the whole verse and chorus, and it goes to her talking to her brother before he gets in the carriage, it has like this chime or pretty bell sound playing during that break. I was wondering if anyone knew of any plugins I could get (preferably for free), that could make a similar sound? Any links or suggestions to sites would be awesome. Thanks. ^_^

Sounds like a synth glockenspiel with chorus and reverb to me. Most synths will be able to produce some variation of this sound.
