To your question however... Try to never "force" a pony into a song. I guess you didn't compose this song with anything pony related in mind? If no, there really isn't a reason to force a pony into it. (Well, other then getting featured on EQD i guess)
Soo, i say, if you're not really sure on how it is pony, i don't think you should force pony into it. Keep it as a nice house tune, none pony related.

Buuuut, if you really want to add a pony, i'd say that it could go with either something with Rarity or Twilight.

Dude, song is awesome as is! Of course, you could sell out and slice some ponies into it. No need to, though.
Some critiques: Not sure if it's my crappy speakers on this compy, but the synth chords sounded a little overpower to the drums. Drums needed more bass imo too. Might also wanna change up the chord progression a bit so it isn't terribly repetitive.
Other than that, it sounds really cool. The main progression is really cool, and I love the voices! I must ask, what instruments did you use for this?

Aren't those vocals that are starting at the 0:59 mark? Why not just replace those vocals with pony vocals then?
