Need Inspiration ideas/tools

As the title says. Is there anything out there what you guys do to get inspirition and motivation for music.

I get ideas, but none of them are good enough :/

And that is the essence of writer's block. It's not that you don't have ideas, it's just that you're editing them before they even come out. Don't do that. Just write/compose/whatever and edit later.

In terms of inspiration, the song that I consider my best work so far was simply inspired by an interesting scale that I learned (Phrygian Dominant). However, my opinion (which may or may not be completely wrong) is that inspiration is overrated. Don't wait for it. If it magically happens, great, don't waste that opportunity, but otherwise, just keep writing music. Always keep writing. I'm sure you've seen that Ira Glass thing. Just write. It doesn't matter what it is. It's all practice.

My guitar teacher once forced me to do an exercise where I wrote completely nonsensical things about chairs and the color yellow. I hated those exercises, but what they did was teach me to stop censoring my ideas before they got out there, no matter how stupid or ridiculous the idea.

We're Brony musicians because we get inspiration from the show. If you're looking for inspiration look to the show and any of the recent or even older episodes and look for a scene or a concept to capture musically. Part of the reason I moved to Brony music is it has endless inspiration if you look for that. That and the musicians here like all kind of music which means you can also jump around genre wise as another source of inspiration.

Toast Beard is a great event and getting people to make music every week and giving them an avenue to play it to their peers for feedback. Again you can listen to your peers and how they make music and feel that level on inspiration and how they do the same. I wish the deadline wasn't one week but that's enough time for a good WIP at least.
