I was having doughts about if i could do this, then i got inspiration from F3nning, DJDickbutt, and you guys here at MLR. My song is still very VERY far from completion, i basically am doing this one to see if i can make something good to decide if i want to get the softwear. Anyways, tell me what you guys think, please be gental, but critical please: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlLVsHx- ... uMuf_6HN8=
(will get soundcloud tomorrow)
Known issue i need to work on:
> more music during piano part (ideas here please)
> transition from piano to electric

I like your melody!
I agree with the comment on your video about the build up.
The suggestion I have would be to add a double bass that follows the chord progression of the piano and bring in a higher string instrument to help complement the melody. I'm sorta falling asleep right now, maybe I'll have a listen when it's not so late!
And I live in a ghost town in Alberta as well! Whereabouts?
Check out my stuff.
