This actually started as a remix for Commandspry's Crimson Rose... but I broke my everything and this happened.

Maybe we can get somepony like DJ Pon-3 to set rules for our duel? it makes it a bit more interesting.

I... can't do 8bit o-o
I can make a ton of white noise and add an LFO to it though then add a chopped sample of a duck quaking on top of it and side chain it to a presidential debate.

lol, that's ok, as long as it sounds like a song that would have come from the old arcade machines/NES/Atari it's fine. Just grab some practice with using saw/square/triangle/sine waves and you should be on your way in no time. from what you can do outside of chiptune/8bit you'll have no trouble conquering the unlimited limitations of the old electronica.

It's really not much different from modern electronica.

You should keep on working on that, even if it's just loosely related to the song, I'd still consider it a remix, if you want to, that is.

I certainly take much creative freedom when remixing, but not that much. It's branched onto it's own now, though I still might remix yours, as your songs are a ton of fun to remix.
Also, I'll take a look into chiptunes.
