The Puppet Master

I was trying to come up with a way to repeat that 'epic' bit from the beginning with wubs under it, but I couldn't fit it into the music. So I just repeated some of that last bit and called it a night.

Here, have my first attempt at dubshit that ended up turning into dub-Euro-house (or something like that)! =D

A very interesting take on...whatever genre it's become! :P
There's a lot more form and structure I can pick out compared to other songs of a similar nature, well done!

I remember your WIP thread, and I felt the instrumentation especially for the intro was very nice. A lot has changed since then, but I still like the melody a lot. I guess I couldn't really grasp the dubstep portions of it, but the other parts of the song were actually quite clever.

Oh this is sexy. Apart from maybe the wubs, which I can't like. But this is very sexy.

Thanks, guys! Anywhere you think I can improve?

(That is, aside from removing the wubs.)

Honestly, just removing the wubs. I think the song stands on it's own without them.

Remove the wub section entirely, or replace the wubs with not wubs.

to wub or not to wub, what is the question.

if you can add a 2nd varient wub to those wubs so they go back and forth it could be better. the single wub that you have (i think a little too much reverb in it) is a bit too bare. so add or subtract but i think keeping it the same might not be for the best. it is good tho.

... Not that the feedback isn't great, but may I point out the date on the post?

And personally, I think it'd be better without the wubs, but it is very cool either way.

Oh, wow, when did this come back? ._. Though thanks for the replies!

DJ Pon-3: What you're hearing probably isn't reverb, just REALLY muddy bass. I don't think I put any reverb on the wobble track, but my sound design was off and there's this really bad-sounding sub-bass that just doesn't go away.

Having a larger variety of wobbles is something I learned after I made this tune. =P Having more macroscopic modulations to vary the sound would've also been a good idea.
