Drumloops - I honestly can't help ya there, but I'd probably just sample from existing tracks if I needed these.
Samples - The Vengeance sound packs. They're incredibly worth it (and I'd recommend the Electro Essentials pack first).
Vocals - Again, probably just sample them, but Vengeance also has vocal packs, so yeah.
Acapellas - Ask around, or Google some. Not every song has one you can acquire, but I've gotten a pretty good stockpile just by poking around. Aviators did post a thread with his vox over here http://mylittleremix.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1772
Instrumentals - Again, asking around is the best method to find these.
Drums - Sample your drums, bro. Vengeance has some amazing drum samples.
Wobbles - Get NI Massive, grab some soundpacks for it, and look up YT tutorials.
Etc. - Experiment. Go find VSTs people recommend. Get the soundpacks they use. But above all else, be ready to sort through what you do get and pick out the absolute best to use, then throw the rest out. You won't get any work done if you spend all your time listening to what your drums could sound like.
Youtube -- Soundcloud -- Tumblr -- Bandcamp (new album out!)

I can't feel my brain.

drumloops:

www.loopmasters.com Is a good place for grabbing some loops. If you sign up you can download the demo packs which you can use non-commercially, so theres several GB worth of samples you can grab from there.

samples, drums

http://sampleswap.org/ Is a nuts place to go. It's a little bit of a chore to download, but the end result is pretty worth it. Lots of stuff. There's also a bunch of free stuff available if you go to the different sample creators. Vengeance I would caution against, they're spendy, and not really worth what they're asking for in my opinion. You might want to check out http://zenhiser.com/ and their sample packs. If you avoid the ones that contain loops you actually get an amazingly good price. Their electro kicks and snares packs are really good. £5 each and I use them all the time.

vocals/accapellas

Again, loopmasters is a good place to get packs of stock vocals to use. If you browse this forum you'll find threads such as 'Everything you'll need to remix x', and usually the accapella will be in there. Failing that you can ask around, or search online. Plenty places have the accapella's of the pony songs.

wobbles

For wobbles I'm going to hope/assume you mean instruments. Your best bet is of course going to be Massive, as it's by far the most versatile synth out there, and does create some of the best sounds. However this isn't going to come immediately, you're going to have to spend some time learning about synthesis, filters and everything to do with making sounds. Sure, you can buy some preset packs, but I guarantee you they've already been used.

It's going to be a lot of spending and a lot of learning, but if you're dedicated, it'll be well worth it. And remember, we're all here to help!

I highly recommend this site for everything you asked for: http://www.flstudiomusic.com/

Despite its name, everything on it can be used by either FL or another DAWS that can support VSTs, and the site is also jam packed with drum samples, fx samples, and you-name-it samples. It's just named after fruity loops because it also has a large number of presets and soundfonts for in-house image-line VSTis.

For wobbles, I highly recommend looking up the Itchy Synth Dubstep pack. It is specifically designed for wobblin' that funky bass line. Some won't like that sound because it doesn't sound like Massive, but with proper filtering and automating, you can get those nasty sounds that Massive is so famous for.

Speaking of Massive, browse Native Instruments' website (the people that makes massive). They have a couple free products you can get. For example, they have a set of dubstep drumloops that have some of the best kicks I've ever heard for free. Also Skanner. Get Reaktor 5 with Skanner. For free. You will not be disappoint.

I second KVR and FLstudio music both have a great selection of vsts, and FL Studio Music has a huge amount of free samples.

As for a site of my own try this out, its a blog that links to free vst's depending what you want (compressors, filters, ring mods).

Try www.looperman.com or www.musicradar.com. If I could recommend some free vsti's, I would say itchy synths. Google it. Other than that this is a very broad subject. Just experiment.
