http://www.loopmasters.com Is a good place for grabbing some loops. If you sign up you can download the demo packs which you can use non-commercially, so theres several GB worth of samples you can grab from there.
samples, drums
http://sampleswap.org/ Is a nuts place to go. It's a little bit of a chore to download, but the end result is pretty worth it. Lots of stuff. There's also a bunch of free stuff available if you go to the different sample creators. Vengeance I would caution against, they're spendy, and not really worth what they're asking for in my opinion. You might want to check out http://zenhiser.com/ and their sample packs. If you avoid the ones that contain loops you actually get an amazingly good price. Their electro kicks and snares packs are really good. £5 each and I use them all the time.
vocals/accapellas
Again, loopmasters is a good place to get packs of stock vocals to use. If you browse this forum you'll find threads such as 'Everything you'll need to remix x', and usually the accapella will be in there. Failing that you can ask around, or search online. Plenty places have the accapella's of the pony songs.
wobbles
For wobbles I'm going to hope/assume you mean instruments. Your best bet is of course going to be Massive, as it's by far the most versatile synth out there, and does create some of the best sounds. However this isn't going to come immediately, you're going to have to spend some time learning about synthesis, filters and everything to do with making sounds. Sure, you can buy some preset packs, but I guarantee you they've already been used.
It's going to be a lot of spending and a lot of learning, but if you're dedicated, it'll be well worth it. And remember, we're all here to help!
