Okay, this is a song that was heavily inspired by Linkin Park. It was originally gonna be more electronic sounding, but it sounds better as it is.

It's still a WIP. I probably need to rerecord the chorus. It also needs someone to spit some awesome rhymes in the verse and prechorus. The verse (for example) can start at 1:13 or 1:23, it'll be at the person's discretion. The same applies with the second verse. The prechorus is pretty obvious. I'll be more than happy to list this as a collab and give full credit to the one who spits the sick rhymes. The whole theme is going to be on the secret pain that one would imagine that Discord would feel inside for being as chaotic as he is.

Also, any critiques? I'll be glad to take some helpful advice.

At :39 when the guitars come in they drown out the drums (mostly the kick), use some eqing and transient work on the drums and a lot of eqing on everything else. Try to give every sound their own place in the frequency spectrum and stereo image to help increase clarity between the sounds. I personally think the verse should start at 1:13.

I like it so far.

I'm running Ableton Live Intro and have already reached the limits for using effects (i.e. EQing). However, I can use 3rd party EQs. Any suggestions?

I practice raps often enough, and I would be more then happy to do it if you still need someone!

I'm better with singing. Would you accept that? I could spring up some good lyrics.

I'd love for you to spit some sick rhymes, bro. If you can, record them and send them to me.

@Elliptisoar
Hm, I might could use your vocals. I'm going to rerecord my lyrics in the chorus. If you want, you can write some lyrics for the prechorus to fit under the rhymes and you can sing harmony to the chorus. It's up to you.

This sounds really good so far! I was a little off put by the intro, though, the loud/electronic kick was a bit much, in my opinion. The rest is cool, it sounds like there's a few compression problems as the volumes of tracks seem to randomly rise and fall in odd places, though it could just be me. The vocals do get somewhat blended into everything when they come in.

Yeah, I gotta tone down the electronic kick some. Also, there are some compression problems. I think I sidechained something and screwed it all up. I'm working with the levels now, actually. I'll reupload it once I get the extra kinks worked out. Plus, the vocals are rather blah, but I've recently rerecorded them. Heck-of-a-lot better now.
