Vengeance samples

What are your thoughts on these? I currently own one of them(Vengeance house 1) and I can easily say that it's more than worth it. I'm serious when I say this... But browsing through what it has to offer is actually REALLY REALLY fun! In fact, after I chose my Kick, snare, hat, clap, etc. It took me about 3 minutes to come up with some really sexy sounding drumloops, and it gave me the idea to add some sexy bass in it and make some really nice sounding loops through here and there. 30 minutes into this project, I have about 2 minutes down for this song....

VENGEANCE SAMPLES. I WANT THEM ALL.

Seriously, check some of them out, it somehow seemed to boost my inspiration and how quick I come up with things.... Really good stuff in these.

They are realy good, well recorded/produced samples but I dont use them because everyone uses them and I dont want to sound like everyone. If you are in need of high quality samples or your using the stock samples in your daw get them.

My personal favorite is the Electro Essentials pack; it's full of uber-punchy kicks, all kinds of weird snares, and effects so good that I immediately recognized one of them - for being used in Sometimes Things Get, Whatever by none other than the mau5 himself.

But between these packs and some fancy audio work with samples from finished tracks, I have built up a pretty massive library of really, really good drums, vocals, loops, and effects. So if you can shell out what these packs are worth, do so.

I don't like their fixed price, and they seem really expensive. You can pay the same £70 for a pack with 3000+ sounds, and the same price for one with a quarter of that. There is no thought put into their pricing. Also everyone already uses them, and I don't like that they're pre-processed. I'm afraid that I would be able to do very little with them in comparison to raw samples which I can layer and sculpt to my liking.

processing is used to make samples sound good.
