(Pony)(rap)(wip)(rmx) "Ruffled Feathers" by Berd and DasDeer

After hearing DasDeer's "Ruffled Feathers", a song that portrayed the straining relationship between Rainbow Dash and Gilda, I knew I had to do something with it.

So, I did what I'm best at it. I added words. Told from the POV of Rainbow Dash. This takes a deeper look into what's going down between these two, who were at one point great friends.



Also, I decided to jack up the drama up a few notches.

I'm always amazed at how you're capable of making situations, atmospheres and moods come alive through your words. The imagery in your lyrics is just awesome. If anything, the only thing I'd comment on is the fact that your vocals don't blend in very well with the music; they stick out a bit and sound rather raw. But they fit the song perfectly. <3

I like it but the vocals are much louder then the rest of the track, I dosen't sound like on piece it sounds as if you sang over a backing track. I can't really help you out but finding a way to make the vocals fit in with everything else would make this a great track.

It sounds good, and you really made it darker and more gruesome then it was from the start. The darkness really fits with the song itself, so job well done!

yeah the show samples are too low and your vocals are too loud over the music. they all need to fit together much better otherwise it just sounds like a quick rap-over vs a real remix. If you adjust that you will see it sound much better as a final result.

Yeah, this was just the rough draft; I'm planning to re-record it so I didn't really do any editing to my part. I'm still sorta new to the whole production process, do you guys have any suggestions?
