This is probably the most complex song I've ever made, plus the first one that has extra VSTs in it. Feedback is always appreciated, hope you guys like it!

The drums are too overpowering. I dont think the kick and clap smaples you've chosen fit the song well, they both are 'in your face' kind of samples something softer would work better. The piano could be more powerfull, adding a good reverb on it and increasing the mid-low frequencys could help. Everything else was fitting together fairly well, I would keep working on the eq's to make it perfect. Brickwall eq the low-mid frequencys out of those hats to give more room for the strings and piano.

Its a good sounding piece and has a lot of potential, I did enjoy it!

good advice. your volume levels and eq just need to be altered to make it better. additional layers / instruments wouldn't hurt either.

Yes, the drums are too loud and I don't think they quite fit the song or blend in that well, and the piano could use a lot more meat. Still, this song has a pretty neat vibe. c:
