Ponies @ Christmas: Snowfall

We know the last album was just released, but some of the artists wanted another crack at it, so I showed up and decided to help out!

Ponies at Christmas: Snowfall is a one-off album compilation run by members of the Ponies at Dawn community!

That’s right, we couldn’t settle for just one album, we wanted two, and what better time to have one than Christmas time!

The last official album was huge, a whopping 50 tracks got on, and we managed to make it to the second most popular album for the day on the general charts, and peaked at 1st most downloaded on the electronic charts, a success if I do say so myself!


As per the usual, the proceeds from the album go to the artists involved, because great work should always be rewarded. However and the album will be a "pay-what-you-want" album, making all the lovely music available to everyone and spreading Christmas cheer throughout us all!

Also, as per last time, we have a skype group for this album. It is not the same one as the main P@D skype groups, though the feedback chat is still the to be used for the same purpose as always. Hey guys,

Just thought I'd confirm that this is definitely still happening, we just haven't advertised it much because we're content with it being a pretty small thing, but it will be released on the P@D bandcamp so it's definitely worth submitting if you have something good to submit. Bear in mind that obviously because it's going up on our bandcamp there's still going to be judging in the form of quality control, but obviously it will be less strict than our main efforts. We've got some cool stuff lined up, and I think this will turn out as a nice little mini-album. I look forward to hearing any other submissions people might have. :)

Sure, feel free to re-submit it if you manage to fix them in the next day or so, but if not that's understandable. :)

In general, if anybody else wants to submit anything, we'll still have a look at things submitted in the next 48 hours, after that I can't give guarantees though so just send me a PM if you want to further clarify or talk about anything!

Our christmas album, Snowfall, will be streaming on Canterlot Hill, as well as possibly Ponyville FM and Fillydelphia Radio tonight, starting from 9pm UTC / 4pm EST / 8am AEDT (so generally tonight but tomorrow for some timezones), and then will be released on the bandcamp 2 hours after at 10am AEDT towards the end of the stream.
