I figured out a couple of the chords by ear, and then facepalmed when I realized somebody else did a better job of it here:

I'm having some trouble with the tempo, though. FL studio tells me it's 139BPM, but when I add a metronome to test it, it sounds off beat and horrible.

I see nobody has given an exact answer as to the tempo of "Becoming Popular", but I am 100% certain it's 120 bpm as I am currently working on a little mix myself.

Meh, NVM. I can only assume that the midi file already had that tempo set.
