Yeah. What do you think?

The silliest instrument I can think of is Woodblocks. I can't remember ever hearing woodblocks in anything half serious.

In terms of "normal" instruments, bassoon, accordion, and hurdy gurdy can be silly.

Or if you want other silly percussion instruments, the cuíca ranks pretty highly.

Made me think of the Kazoo, which is a fantasticly silly instrument.

Otomatone is pretty darn silly



i also always thought the tuba was really silly.

the recorder comes to mind too.
