I don't have to be cfry to say the answer to this is no. You can put up short teasers of your track but you don't "release" the full track on your channel until the event if over. That's the same for ANY event unless otherwise stated or granted.

Huge updates (think stuff like "it's actually happening again" and "I reuploaded albums here's link") will go on the Facebook page of Balloon Party.

For example, for anyone who didn't know, balloonparty.bandcamp.com is back up with all five albums, just for previewing (no downloads from there) with a link to Circuitfry's GDoc page with mp3/flac downloads.

I forsee less entries being submitted to AoP than BP or R&R, predominantly because of removing everything off MLR. Hopefully it won't be as bad as Remix War 6 (which only had 5 entries, because barely anyone knew that it was even running), though.

I at least hope that Circuitfry realizes that, at present time, all audience waiting to sign up for AoP knows there'll be a new BP at all because of the initiatives to share the news from mostly the same audience. I mean, we got that news, everything we have so far, from sporadic Skype chats he had with Freewave, Kyoga, Makkon and me (and perhaps others) and the posts he made on his tumblr (which are very much covered in other stuff, which were aggressive rants a lot of the time). Oh, yeah and the BP Facebook page that doesn't seem to be that much in the spotlight (in present time), so no help there.

I hope he realizes he's giving us quite the hard time. I agree with Evdog. The decisions that have been made have lead to many a strenuous effort of the community (which isn't even officially attached to the whole event anymore) to still get the audience we want BP to have, like it had and always should have. And it's proven to be hard, now already.

Let this also be a testament of the power of friendship (MLR & BP (Circuitfry) in unity) that outrules the power of drama (Circuitfry making a fuss about not working with MLR, stirring things up and drawing attention).

So far this hasn't been very representative of Twilight yet. It's like Discord returned really.

I completely agree which you also have to take into account the synopsis of the Album as well
since its all experimental it would mirror discord quite well for some orderly chaos we might see on this album.

I've talked with Freewave and Circuitfry, and after around an hour some important insight came to me.
Circuitfry doesn't feel welcomed here anymore, which I understand both from his perspective and this forum's general users' perspective. A lot happened, and it's hard for there not to be people who hold those happenings against him. I know a lot of you do, and it's okay, just not very helpful for Circuitfry nor Academy of Power (and on the latter bit strangely hypocritical since a lot of you want AoP to be good).

So we talked about trust, and our mutual feeling of need to stand up for people, and help people and projects. We both want to make things prosper, to make them good and make people happy for it.

That resulted in Circuitfry telling me he'll hand over Academy of Power to me when he's back from work. So there we go. The blockade of not being welcomed is going to get lifted from AoP, making progress possible again. Academy of Power will live up to it's name :)
