I created this piece for a competition over another forum and I will post on this one for reviews and criticism.
The piece is a Trumpet in Bb solo using an avant-garde/jazz style.

I love the sound of the melody. In my opinion, I can hear this being used as a framework to a symphonic poem like Pictures at an Exhibition. I have one critique though. To my ear, the overall sound of it stays the same but thats probably just the fact that it's a solo.
