I also find the intro to be my favorite part. Largely because of the drums, which aside from being just more my style, felt loud enough, more flow-y and cohesive. During the big glitched wub chorus parts especially, the drums are pretty quiet and don't add much drive or energy. The hi hats also appeared and disappeared a lot which felt weird.
I don't really have a problem with the way the basses sound, myself. though they're nothing that haven't been heard before, I don't consider that a problem just like how I don't if I hear an electric guitar or classic trance pluck or whatever. I did find the "woo"s to be on the loud and obnoxious side for me, though. From a subjective song writing point of view at least.
As well, the volume levels seem a bit inconsistent. Like after that chorus bit when we go back to the calmer bits at about 3:12 ish or so the track gets noticeably quieter, not just calmer, which is a bit jarring.
So yeah, my main advice personally would be to see if you can't work on tightening up the mixing and mastering. Making sure everythings levels are good, everything sits where it should in the eq... basically making everything more cohesive and copacetic.
I hope this can be of any help at all. Keep up the good work.
