I'm thinking about getting back into Taekwondo. I'll have to quit smoking first, but I'm worried I've already screwed myself too much.

I'd rather just outright quit and not keep forking out cash for e-cigs. I'm going to wean myself off smoking with what's left of my current tobacco pouch and that'll be it.

On the martial arts, there's a place near me that teaches Shaolin Kung Fu. I already got a black belt in Taekwondo a few years ago so it might be nice to do something different. :3

So if you quit, you get cravings and withdrawals. Won't those go away after a while if you quit long enough? I have never smoked so I personally don't even know what a withdrawal is

They do go away after a while but it's really hard for one to get past the previous point where all the bad things happen, you also can't be sure how long it takes until it's gone.

So yeah.. Don't smoke ^^

So I'm fitting in pretty well at the university. Everyone I've met so far has been really friendly and really great conversation. It's pretty nice to be able to talk shop face to face with people too, I never get to do that. The workload is obviously a little steeper than highschool was, but I'm not really dreading it like I did in highschool because it's something I'm choosing to do instead of the usual standard curriculum English/maths/whatever. Right now the lecturers are just running all the important details about the course by us, but next week we start doing some actual classwork.

I'll let you guys know if I have a nervous breakdown or something haha

So, I used to listen to some weird music 2 years ago before I was really into electronic music. I didn't know my electronic genres, I didn't know artists. I didn't really like dubstep yet so skrillex was out of the question.

I first liked this: http://youtu.be/wESe2TlqLH4 and it was awesome the first million times I heard it. But that's the only electronic song I knew.
Then I found Adam freeland. I loved How to Fake Your Own Life and Wish I Was Here a lot.
Then I became a brony and found a song called "Sonic Rainboom" and it was the infinity dash one where its all "space sounding". http://youtu.be/S5NzwBczdVI
Then I found Alex S
Then I found the brony musician directory and started going down the list one by one seeing who I liked. One song that stood out to me was called Memories of Cloudsdale by Aclassypony. http://youtu.be/1Lj8kkvCVTY

Seeing my roots of electronic music is like reliving my past. It brings back memories. Especially the cloudsdale song. It reminds me when I diary found ponies and how happy I was and the pony high it gave me.

I'm hopefully gonna get a laptop sorted out this weekend I need something to study online with at uni, a LOT of the stuff we need to access is in online databases and the place I live in right now doesn't have internet, so taking my desktop here isn't really viable. I got some specs from one of my lecturers so I can find a laptop I can use to take projects home later in the course. Also we start drafting essays soon so I kinda need something to do that with in class.
